REVIEW: The Freshest Kids

The Freshest Kids is a documentary film about the original bboys of NYC.  The original breakers.  Where the DJ culture, graffiti culture, and dance culture came together to create hip hop.  It’s important to today’s culture because this is the source of many many things in dance music today.  The breakbeat genre was built at this time and that vein of rave culture existed strictly because of the original BBoys and BGirls.  The freshest kids.  It’s a long film, and totally worth the watch especially if you can chromecast it and sitback and watch some sweet moves.
